Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This policy explains what information Clicksoft Solutions ("we", "us") collects through this website and our recruiting and client services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to information you send us by email or phone in connection with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Enquiry details. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.
  • Job applications. When you apply for a role we collect your name, email address, phone number, the position applied for and any information you include. If you send a resume by email, we collect the information contained in it.
  • Correspondence. Records of emails and calls between you and us.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server log information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
  • Fonts. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers. That request is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
  • Form delivery. Form submissions may be delivered through a third-party form service, or through your own email client, depending on how you submit them.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
  • To assess job applications and, where relevant, present your candidacy to clients with your knowledge.
  • To carry out pre-employment screening where you have accepted an offer, including employment eligibility verification and background checks, with your consent and as permitted by law.
  • To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
  • To operate and secure this website.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

  • With clients. If you are a candidate, we share your profile with a prospective client only in connection with a role you have expressed interest in.
  • With service providers. Hosting, email, form delivery and background screening providers acting on our instructions.
  • Where required by law. To comply with a legal obligation, court order or lawful government request, or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep candidate records so we can contact you about relevant future roles. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to know what we hold and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email info@clicksoftit.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
