Enterprise platforms

ServiceNow on the Now Platform.

Our engineers have built on the Now Platform across ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery and custom scoped application development. They know the platform from the data model up: how discovery keeps a CMDB honest, how IntegrationHub compares to custom scripting, and where configuration runs out and real development begins. The goal is always the same: a platform the business actually uses, not just one IT licensed.

We build on it, not just configure it.

What we cover

Now Platform
modules and workstreams.

Scoped to what your organization actually runs today, with a path to the modules you are planning next.

01

ITSM and ITOM

Incident, problem and change management with discovery, event management and service mapping where operations teams need visibility, not another dashboard nobody opens.

  • Incident, problem and change
  • Service catalog and request management
  • Discovery and CMDB hygiene
  • Event management and ITOM
02

CSM and employee experience

Customer Service Management for external service desks and HR Service Delivery for onboarding, case management and employee-facing workflows that need audit trails.

  • CSM portals and case routing
  • HR Service Delivery
  • Knowledge and self-service
  • SLA and escalation design
03

SecOps and platform security

Security operations workflows tied to the same incident and change records IT already uses, so security findings do not sit in a separate tool with no owner.

  • SecOps response workflows
  • Vulnerability and exposure routing
  • Integration with SIEM and ticketing
  • Governance-friendly audit history
04

Now Assist and automation

Now Assist, Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence where they reduce manual triage without bypassing the controls your risk team expects.

  • Now Assist for agents and employees
  • Virtual Agent flows
  • Predictive Intelligence and routing
  • Human review checkpoints
05

Custom apps and IntegrationHub

Scoped applications on the Now Platform and integrations to ERP, CRM, identity and line-of-business systems so ServiceNow is connected, not another island.

  • Custom scoped applications
  • IntegrationHub spokes and REST
  • Flow Designer and orchestration
  • Mid-server and API patterns
06

Field service and operations

Field Service Management for dispatch, work orders and mobile execution where the service story continues past the initial ticket.

  • Work order and dispatch
  • Mobile technician workflows
  • Asset and location context
  • Handoff back to ITSM records
Platform knowledge

How the platform behaves
in practice.

How ServiceNow actually works in production, not how the documentation describes it.

01

An instance that was set up and then left

Most live ServiceNow instances are not in the state they were at go-live. ITSM was configured, discovery ran once, the CMDB was populated and left. The catalog was designed for IT and never made sense to the business teams it was supposed to serve. Our engineers know this is the norm, not the exception, and know how to work with an instance that has a history rather than proposing a restart.

02

Integration that was always phase two

IntegrationHub connections to Salesforce, SAP and HR platforms are almost always listed in an original scope and deferred. The platform runs as a standalone ticketing system in the meantime, but the data that makes tickets genuinely useful, such as asset ownership, org hierarchy and account context, still lives elsewhere. Our engineers know IntegrationHub well enough to scope that integration work accurately from the start, and to know when a REST spoke covers the requirement and when a Mid Server dependency complicates things.

03

Now Assist without the groundwork

Now Assist and Virtual Agent depend on the instance being structured correctly before the AI layer can do anything useful. Inconsistent knowledge articles, unstructured catalog items and no clear routing logic will cause the AI features to fail regardless of how much configuration work goes in on top. Our engineers understand what the data and catalog layer needs to look like before AI features become viable, and they scope that groundwork as part of the AI activation, not separately.

How we deliver

Configure when it fits.
Build when it does not.

01

Workflow first

We map the real process, including exceptions and approvals, before touching catalog items or flow logic. A clean CMDB is useless if the change path still bypasses the system.

02

Integration as part of the scope

ServiceNow value shows up when data moves. We design IntegrationHub and API connections alongside ITSM or CSM rollout, not as a phase two that never gets funded.

03

Upgrade-safe custom work

Custom scoped apps, documented update sets and clear ownership boundaries so platform upgrades do not freeze your team.
