How the partnership actually runs.
Engagement models, delivery governance and the commercial detail procurement teams ask about before a first call. If something you need is missing, ask and we will send it.
How the engagement
is actually governed.
Four phases and three levels of governance. The same model runs a single support engagement or a multi-year programme; what changes is how much of it you need.
For talent engagements the model compresses: no delivery board, and the working level sits inside your own governance. We will tell you which shape we think your programme needs, including when it needs less than this.
How we can
work together.
Most clients start with one of these. All can run alongside each other on the same account, under one master agreement, and shift shape as the work changes.
Managed delivery
We take delivery responsibility for a defined scope of work, with a named lead and an agreed plan we are accountable against, rather than supplying individuals to a scope you manage yourself.
Ongoing engineering support
A dedicated team supports a platform or product over time, handling a defined backlog of enhancement, integration and maintenance work under a standing agreement.
Technology talent solutions
When the gap is people rather than plan, our specialists join your team directly, under your direction, employed by us for the length of the engagement.
Consulting and advisory
We assess, plan and advise on a defined question: an architecture decision, a platform choice, a modernization roadmap. Scope and outcome are agreed before the engagement starts.
How we protect
the outcome.
For managed delivery and support engagements, governance is built into how the work runs, not a report generated after the fact.
Named accountability
Every managed engagement has a named delivery lead who is accountable for the outcome, and who you can reach directly rather than routing questions through an account manager who then routes them to the actual team.
Code, data and IP ownership
Work product, source code and documentation produced under a custom development engagement belong to you, as set out in the master agreement. We do not retain rights to what we build for you, and we say so plainly in the contract rather than leaving it to interpretation.
Security and confidentiality
Confidentiality agreements signed by every team member and by us, access provisioned on a least privilege basis, and security review conducted against your standards where you have them, or a sound default set of practices where you do not.
What every specialist
goes through first.
For engagements where our specialists join your team directly, this is what happens before day one.
Insurance and
entity details.
What your procurement or vendor management team will need from us.
Specific policy limits, registration numbers and certification status are confirmed in writing during vendor onboarding.
What the beginning
of an engagement looks like.
The procurement sequence, for the people who have to run it. We will work to your RFP and vendor process where you have one.
Scoping conversation
Time on the problem or scope, the team it joins or the outcome it needs to reach, and what good looks like early on.
Proposal or shortlist
For delivery work, a scoped proposal with named leads and milestones. For talent engagements, screened profiles with our notes on fit.
Your review
We coordinate proposal review or interviews quickly, so momentum and good candidates do not go cold mid process.
Onboarding and kickoff
Access provisioning and kickoff for delivery work, or offer, screening completion and paperwork for talent engagements. Contracting runs in parallel, not after selection.
Tell us what you are building. We will show you how we would deliver it.
One conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right partner. If we are, we will come back with a clear plan. If we are not, we will tell you that too.
